Hi There, I'm Aarica!
As a Productivity Coach, I help entrepreneurs and professionals replace operational chaos with clarity, utilizing efficient processes and systems to help them regain time and focus on driving the business forward. My goal is to help entrepreneurs and professionals realize the ease in operational execution of their vision by removing excuses and providing clear paths forward.
Since starting my career in 2008, I have always enjoyed the “supporting” actress” roles that I have embarked on, including:
- Project Managing a National Conference, ensuring the conference leader and executive sponsor has all of the materials they need to attend all of the conference speaking activities on time and well-prepared
- Creating presentation decks for executive leadership, filled with speaker notes and data references that emphasize their key points
- Serving as the internal or external liaison between cross-functional teams and departments, working to communicate the needs of all parties and align on the paths forward to achieve successful collaboration
- Presenting thorough research of possible solutions or outcomes to key decision makers, providing partnership in thought-leadership and accountability
